How to fix Error Code 2901 on Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 by installing Content Pack
Method 1: Install the content pack on PlayStation
- Find the Modern Warfare 2/Warzone 2 app by going to the main PlayStation Menu and then pressing “Options” to bring up the options for Modern Warfare 2
- After that, choose “Manage Game Content”
- You’ll enter a menu that shows the different content packs, where you should select the smallest campaign pack
- Choose the track can symbol present on the right to delete the pack
- Once the pack has been deleted, you’ll get a download logo where the trash can was previously present
- Select the logo for re-downloading and installing the content pack
Method 2: Install the content pack on Xbox
- Choose Modern Warfare 2/Warzone 2 on the Xbox home menu before pressing “Start”
- From the list of options that appear, you’ll need to select “Manage Game”
- You will get the content packs in the new window
- Select the tickbox to locate the smallest content pack and delete it from the options on the right
- Once the pack has been deleted, you can reselect the tickbox for the content pack
- Select download from the options present on the right and reinstall it
Method 3: Install the content pack on your PC via Battle.net
- Open Battle.net and look for Modern Warfare 2/Warzone 2
- After that, press the cog beside the play button
- Choose the “Modify Install” option from the dropdown list
- Now, choose “Game Content”
- Choose the smallest content pack and then select “Install”
- The pack will be downloaded and installed automatically
Method 4: Install the content pack on your PC via Steam
- Open Steam and look for Modern Warfare 2/Warzone 2
- Right-click the game before selecting “Properties”
- Head over to the “DLC” tab of the new menu
- After that, select the smallest content pack and press “Install”
