Steps to fix Netflix Not Loading on Xbox
Method 1: Restart the Netflix app
- Use the Xbox controller arrow keys for navigating to Netflix on Xbox One screen
- Once you have selected Netflix, you should press the Menu button present in the Xbox One controller underneath the Home button
- You will get a few options on the screen and you need to select the Quit option before restarting the app
Method 2: Restart Xbox One console
- Press the Home button for turning off the Console (the button will be located at the front of the controller and be symbolized with an X mark)
- Disconnect the power switch connected to the Console and then press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to completely turn it off
- Once you have completed these two steps, wait for a moment and connect the power cable to the Console
- Press the Home button on your controller to launch Netflix on Xbox One
Method 3: Disable the Closed Captioning option
- Head over to Settings and under the Console settings, you should go to the Closed Captioning option before clicking on it
- You will get a drop-down list under “Caption Effects”
