Magic UI 3.1.0.119 – Honor Play 4T Pro gets April 2021 security patch update

Honor Play 4T Pro is the company’s latest smartphone to receive April 2021 security patch update. It is based on Magic UI 3.1 and is currently rolling out in the home market, China. The April security patch was recently rolled out for Honor Play 4T and now reaches the Pro variant.

Honor Play 4T Pro Magic UI 3.1.0.119 update

The update can be identified by software version Magic UI 3.1.0.119. As it is a minor security patch update, users don’t need to download a big chunk of data, to be precise it’s 213MB. 

According to the Android security bulletin, April 2021 security patch fixes 17 High and 69 Medium levels Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) for system security improvements. The OTA update should reach your Honor Play 4T Pro with a pop-up notification. If you’ve not received it yet, then manually update your phone using any of the methods given below.
