The update is currently rolling out in France with firmware version F900FXXU5EUD7. In addition to a new security patch, the update improves camera performance. The changelog does not detail camera improvements but going by the recent camera updates, it is most likely to bring New portrait backgrounds, Auto night mode in Photo, Portrait, and Hyperlapse camera modes, and more.

As of now, Samsung has not detailed which security vulnerabilities are getting fixes by May 2021 security patch. If you are a Galaxy Fold user in France and have not received the update yet, then manually check the status by heading to Settings >> Software updates and then tap on Download and install, if the package is available. The update will soon head to other regions where the device has been launched.
