One UI 4.1 update is now live for Samsung Galaxy A52 4G

Samsung has started to roll out the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update for Galaxy A52 4G. Its 5G variant started receiving the One UI 4.1 update a couple of weeks back, which is seeding the 4G version.

The latest software update for Galaxy A52 4G comes with the firmware version A525FXXU4BVC2. The OTA package has a download size of just over 1 GB. For now, the latest One UI update for Galaxy A52 4G is rolling out in India and South Africa. It is likely to cover more regions in the coming days.

In addition to the One UI 4.1 goodies, the update also updates the Android security patch level to March 2022. The security patch fixes over 60 vulnerabilities related to system security and privacy. The update also includes updates to 6 stock applications.

The list of changes in One UI 4.1 also includes Color Palette improvements, the ability to capture better low-light portrait images, the ability to turn off Game Optimization Service (GOS), the Night portrait feature, and an improved Gallery app with a shadow eraser and a built-in Reflection eraser.
