The OnePlus team has started pushing out the latest OxygenOS C.20 update to OnePlus 8T devices, which includes the OnePlus security update for May 2022. The update is currently rolling out to OnePlus devices in India and will be available for other regions in the coming days. A few days back the device got the C.17 update as well.
OnePlus has also included a few other improvements and bug fixes in this update, including improved system stability, optimized battery performance, and fixed issues with certain features not working properly. As always, we recommend that you back up your data before installing any new software update.
If you’re running OxygenOS on your OnePlus device, you should receive a notification about the new update soon. Alternatively, you can check for the update manually by going to Settings > System > System Updates.
