OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro are getting new ColorOS 12 beta update

OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro were among the very first phones to taste ColorOS 12 beta, which is based on Android 12. Now, the devices are receiving a new ColorOS 12 beta update in China, fixing a couple of issues.

The new ColorOS 12 beta for OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro is rolling out in China with build version C.25. According to the changelog, it fixes the issue where automatic brightness does not work, small arrow appearance issue which was appearing on the desktop in one-handed mode.

The C.25 update for OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro also fixes – the abnormal displaying of application icon location, and delete & restore popups display issue in the album. OnePlus has fixed the WeChat icon flicker and sizing issue on the desktop. The battery level in the status bar is getting a fix for not being displayed after the device was connected to the Bluetooth headset.

OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro users in China, who have installed the first ColorOS 12 build, should receive the new OTA update.
