Razer Phone has started getting NMF26X-RZR-171206.2009 OTA update; fixes Camera and Audio: Razer which is known as a Gaming company around the world and has been hugely popular in the United States launched their first ever Android powered smartphone which was named simply as the Razer Phone. Now, this smartphone, the first smartphone from a big gaming company like Razer, created a lot of hype and anticipation from the gamers as well as smartphone enthusiasts over the world. The smartphone was received very positively by all the tech reviewers in the US and the smartphone has been selling well in the country too.

In terms of the Razer Phone, the most exciting part about it has been the display which has a refresh rate of 120Hz on its display. Now, to put this into perspective, the smartphone that you might be reading this on or the smartphone you and we all have currently is a display with 60Hz refresh rate which means the display refreshes at double the speed on Razer Phone than on the current smartphones which makes for a very smooth gaming as well as browsing experience. Now, the Razer Phone was launched with Android 7.1 onboard and the company is also preparing for the Android 8.0 Oreo update on the phone.

However, it is also known that the Razer Phone has been updated continuously and the latest security patches are released in time for this smartphone. Now, there is a latest OTA update which is being received by Razer Phone owners in the US. This update comes with build NMF26X-RZR-171206.2009 and we might have already mentioned that this update comes as an OTA update which means it will automatically reach your Razer Phone in the coming days. This update fixes some issues in Audio and Camera that was faced by some users like improvements in shutter speed while using HDR and there are improvements to image quality also.

You can manually check for the update from Settings > About Phone/Device >Software Update.If there is no update showing on your device, then wait for few days for the update to come to your device as it is being released phase wise manner.

Before installing the updates, make sure your device is connected to a good wifi and your device has more than 50 percent battery life remaining
