Realme 7 Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta update to be announced soon

Realme has rolled out the latest Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 update to many of its high-end devices. However, most of its mid-range and budget phones are yet to taste Android 12. After getting into the Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program in March, the Open Beta application is coming soon for Realme 7 users in India.

 The Realme UI 3.0 Open Beta program will soon be available for anyone with a Realme 7 phone in India. Though it’s will still be beta build, it’s generally more stable than the initial beta builds that are provided to Realme UI 3.0 Early Access participants. If no critical bugs/errors are found in the Open Beta build, it will then be released as a stable update for all the users.

Through a post on Realme’s community forum, the company said, “We apologise that the realme UI 3.0 Open Beta update for realme 7 has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Currently, we are evaluating the new timelines and we assure you that we will be providing a speedy update on the same. After the Beta version is reviewed and approved, it will be released. We request your patience, the team is proactively working on the same.”

The Open Beta program for Realme 7 is likely to be announced early next month. Before you apply for the program, make sure that your device is not rooted and has the latest firmware version. Also, remember to take a complete backup of your phone to prevent any data loss.

Realme 7 is a mid-range phone which was announced in 2020. It came pre-installed with Android 10 OS out of the box. The device has already secured it’s first major OS upgrade and users are now looking forward to get the next major software update – Realme UI 3.0.

The smartphone has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate, 480nits of peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, it is powered by a Helio G95 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone features a 64MP quad cameras on the back and a 16MP selfie shooter.
