Realme Narzo 8 and Narzo 30 get Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 update

Realme has started rolling out the latest major software update and it comes in the form of the major Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 update for Realme Narzo 8 and Realme Narzo 30.

The Chinese smartphone OEM has started rolling out the updates with the build number RMX3242_11.A.16 for both the Realme Narzo 8 and Realme Narzo 30 users. The brand has begun rolling out the update in a staged manner as a limited number of users will be receiving the update first before it is eventually rolled out on a broader basis. There are no major bug fixes or any issues with the software update.

With the latest upgrade, Realme Narzo 8 and Realme Narzo 30 will be receiving the Android OS firmware. Apart from that, the users will also get to enjoy changes with new designs and visual overhauls for an overall better interactive experience. There have been a few optimizations to some of the systems including the Quantum Animation Engine while bringing in the Smart Assistant widgets. It displays key information regarding apps while providing instant access to different functions.

You can manually download and install this update by going to your device’s settings. For doing that, follow these simple instructions –

  • Open the Settings
  • Click on System and Updates
  • Now, open Software Update
  • Tap on the option Check for Updates
  • If the update is available, simply click on Download and Install
  • Once the installation is finished, reboot your Realme Narzo 30

Alternatively, you could manually request software updates through the “My Huawei” app. In order to do that, open the “My Huawei app”, tap on the “Update” option, then select the “Check for Updates” option, and finally “Download and Install”.
