Realme Q2 5G gets April 2022 security patch update

Realme Q2 5G is the company’s latest phone to receive the April 2022 security patch. It has already been rolled out to a couple of Realme phones, including the Narzo 20 and Q2 Pro.

The latest software update for Realme Q2 5G can be identified by the firmware version RMX2117_11_C.16. According to the changelog shared by RMUpdate, the update not only brings the April security patch. But, it also includes March 2022 security patch as well. The device is also getting system improvements stability and fixes to some known issues, which have been not detailed in the changelog.

The April software update has started rolling out in China. And, like other OTA updates, this too is being rolled out in a staged fashion. It means that the update may take a couple of days to reach all the users.
