Realme UI 3.0 Early Access beta application goes live for Realme C35

Finally, the time has come for the Realme C35 users to get a taste of Android 12. The Chinese smartphone brand has now started the Realme UI 3.0 Early Access beta program for the device. The latest Realme UI skin comes with Android 12 which adds a lot of new features and improvements.

You might be already aware of the fact that the beta builds after you sign up for Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program are prone to have bugs. As seen in the past, it might bring serious issues to your phone and some features might not work at all. Realme suggests that you should not install the Early Access software on your primary phone. With these warnings in mind, let’s look at important points before applying for the program. 

Realme has already started accepting Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program applications from Realme C35 users. There’s always a limited number of seats. This time the maximum application number is capped at 200. As mentioned in a post on Realme Community, users need to have the RMX3511PU_11.A.39 firmware version installed in order to be eligible for the program.

Here’s how to apply for Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program on Realme C35

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Go to the Software Update section.
  3. Tap on three-dot at the top-right side and select Trail version.
  4. On the next page, select Open Beta.
  5. Tap on Apply Now and provide some basic details to complete the application.

After you have applied for the program, your application will then be reviewed by Realme. If it passes, you will receive Realme UI 3.0 beta update via an OTA update.

Before you jump on to install the Realme UI 3.0 beta update, make sure that the battery is charged at 60% and the phone has at least 5GB of free space. Also, we recommend you take a complete backup of your phone to prevent any data loss.

After the Realme UI 3.0 Early Access beta program gets over, the company releases Open Beta builds which are more stable than the Early Access beta build. The company finally starts rolling out stable builds. The whole process may take more than a month. To check for the latest update on your Realme C35, go to Settings > Software Updates.
