Realme’s list of November 2021 security update is getting three new members – Realme X50, Realme X50m, and Realme Q3. The new OTA update for Realme X50, X50m also brings fixes to games, fingerprint, and more. Realme Q3 is also getting a couple of fixes, in addition to the new security patch.
According to RMUpdate, the November 2021 software update for Realme X50, Realme X50m, and Realme Q3 is rolling out in China. The changelog shared by the publication mentions that the update for Realme X50m and X50m fixes – phone restarting issue when the World Awakening game is opened, no response problem when clicking the drawer desktop search box, and fixes several issues with the recent task section.
The update for Realme Q3 is claimed to optimize system fluency and enhance user experience. It also brings the November 2021 security patch, which fixes a bunch of CVE’s to improve system security and privacy. According to the changelog, Realme has fixed the screen turn-on issue when raising your hand and the notification bar issue where it cannot be pulled down, and the home button does not respond when you move it up.
The November 2021 software update for Realme X50 and X50m is reportedly rolling out with the firmware versions RMX2051_11_C.15 and RMX2041_11_C.15. It is said to carry a download size of around 600MB. The update for Realme Q3 can be identified by the build version A.17.
Realme X50, Realme X50m, and Realme Q3 is receiving the new update in China. It should start rolling out in other regions in the next few days. Users can manually check for the new update by heading to Settings >> Software updates.
