Samsung Galaxy A30s receiving Android 11 update

Samsung Galaxy A30s is the company’s latest smartphone to receive Android 11 update. It comes with Samsung’s latest skin One UI 3.1 at the top. The Android 11 (One UI 3.1) update for Galaxy A30s is rolling out in Russia.

In addition to Android 11 and One UI 3.1 goodies, the new update brings May 2021 security patch for system security enhancements. It can be identified by firmware version A307FNXXU2CUF2. The update should bring features like refreshed UI design, chat bubbles, permission auto reset, one-time permissions, customizable AOD, dedicated media player widget in quick settings, improved Digital Wellbeing, and Auto Switch for Galaxy Buds.


Samsung announced the Galaxy A30s back in 2019 running Android 9 Pie. Later, it upgraded to Android 10 and now receiving its second major OS upgrade in the form of Android 11. If you’re a Galaxy A30s user in Russia and still waiting for the update, then head to Settings >> Software updates to manually check for the latest builds.
