Another Samsung Galaxy device has started getting the latest September 2022 security patch update. In India, Samsung Galaxy A52 owners are now getting an update that includes the latest security fixes from September 2022.
The update, labelled as version A525FXXS4BVI2, has an approximate 200MB download size. Because it improves the device’s stability and security, we strongly suggest that users grab the update and run it. It’s a very substantial update, so you’ll need a fast Wi-Fi connection and more than 60 percent battery life to download and install it without any problems.
It’s important to remember that this is an OTA update that’s being rolled out gradually across the country, so it could be a few days before it’s accessible to everyone.
According to Samsung, the September 2022 security patch update patches 24 vulnerabilities across 21 different severity levels. There are three moderate-severity CVEs that will be fixed in the update as well.
