Samsung has recently initiated the rollout of a new security update for its Galaxy M02 and M40 models. This update introduces the latest Android security patch, contributing to an enhanced system security.

The June 2023 security update can be identified on the Samsung Galaxy M02 and Galaxy M40 smartphones by checking the One UI build versions. For Galaxy M02, the build version is M022MUBS3BWF6, while for Galaxy M40, it is M405FDDS2CWF3.
Installation Process
The update is currently being released in a phased manner, meaning it might take some time to reach all M02 and M40 models. To install the update, users need to navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu on their device.
Following this, they should select the ‘Download and install’ option located under the ‘Software Update’ section.
