How To Unbrick OnePlus 8 Pro and Restore Back to Stock ROM using MSMDownloadTool

• Download the MSM Unbrick Tool From the above link and extract it
• Switch off your device and connect to the PC
• Enter the Qualcomm EDL Mode On Your Phone (Volume Up and Volume down)
• Now click on MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe and Launch the unbricking tool
• In the Login page of the tool, select Other in user type and move next.
• Click on click on Target and select another option (ex. India) and click start
• This will start the unbricking process. Just wait for a few minutes.
• Done!!

Your device should be unbricked and booted into the Stock OxygenOS.
