After a long delay, Samsung has finally rolled out Galaxy J7 2017 (SM-J730F) January Security Patch update. The update brings build number J730FXWU6CTA2. The update is being rolled out in MEA (the Middle East and Africa) and it is based on Android 9 Pie.
This update is only rolling out for Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 devices in MEA (the Middle East and Africa). - First, download the firmware file from the download section above
- Now Enter the recovery mode on your device, then follow the linked guide below to Install Security Patch Update On Galaxy device

If the installation is successful, you will see the message Pass in the Log Tab.
