The File Sharing feature allows the user to share files between Windows and the Subsystem. The new feature is enabled by default for preview users and allows them to share Windows user folders, like Documents and Pictures, with the Subsystem. You’ll be able to turn off the feature from Windows Subsystem for Android Settings. Once folder sharing is enabled, your Windows user profile folder will be shared as “/sdcard/Windows” in the Subsystem.
