Realme 3 and Realme 3i grab January 2021 security patch update with Super power saving mode and new Lock home screen layout

Realme 3 and Realme 3i have a new update now. Both the devices have received the January 2021 security patch Globally. The update brings Super power-saving mode and new Lock home screen layout and many new features. The updates come with build version RMX1825EX_11_C.19 for Realme 3 and RMX1827EX_11_C.19 for Realme 3i in India while the Indonesian users are getting build version RMX1821EX_11_C.19 which are based on Android 10.

The update is exclusive to Global users only. The update is rolling out via OTA (Over the Air) to the Realme 3 and Realme 3i. So, it may some days to reach your smartphone. Alternatively, check the update status manually by heading to Settings -> Software update.

This is a major bug fix update which addresses various bugs which were being reported after the previous update. It also promises to improve system stability and performance.

Along with all the fixes, the update brings some optimization to the camera and charging. There are some new features added which you can check in the changelog below
