Samsung Galaxy Note 20 handsets in Europe officially bag the May 2022 Security Patch Update

Samsung developers have been working hard behind the scenes to release the latest May 2022 Security Patch Update for Galaxy devices. Now, another device has been added to the list as Samsung Galaxy Note 20 devices in Europe have started receiving the update. The South Korean OEM has been pushing the May 2022 security update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones in Germany. More regions are expected to receive the update in the coming days and weeks.

The update will come with bug fixes for many privacy and security-related issues, better system security, improved security, and 10 stock app upgrades, which will enhance the overall device performance. The update will feature fixes for numerous privacy and security-related vulnerabilities including 3 Moderate, 23 High, and 7 Critical levels of CVEs. These issues can be related to the Galaxy Themes, Weather App, Setup Wizard, and others. Other than that, the official update for the May 2022 Security Update doesn’t mention any major changes or new features.
