The July 2022 security update is available for the Galaxy S22 series

Samsung has started rolling out the July 2022 security patch update to its current Flagship line-up devices. Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra have started getting updates in many countries. Many users from different countries have shared about the new update on Reddit. A few days ago Galaxy A32 became the first device to get the July 2022 security patch.

S90xEXXU2AVF9 is the newest software update for the Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra in Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. S90xBXXU2AVF5 is the European version of the update. Several security and privacy flaws have been addressed in the July 2022 patch, which is now available for download. Security patch documentation for Samsung’s July 2022 release has not yet been released.

It may take a few days for the update to be accessible worldwide because it is being sent out in stages. Samsung Galaxy S22 series users in the countries listed above can check for and download the new software update by heading to Settings » Software Update and selecting Download and install.
