Unstable Mobile Network

Replace SIM Card – The mobile network problem is mostly due to the SIM card you have placed. You need to take the SIM card off from your smartphone, clean it softly and put it back. If it does not solve the problem, you need to place another SIM card of another company and see if it is ok.

Step 2. Restart your device, reset your router and modem. Sometimes, resetting your router is all you need to solve the issues.

Step 3. Go to Settings on your smartphone and tap on Wi-Fi. Press and hold the desired Wi-Fi network available.

Step 4. Tap on Forget option and tap on the network again and this time, tap on Connect option and provide the correct password to connect.

Cannot Connect To Network

If you are connecting to higher network like 4G, make sure that your smartphone is compatible with the network. If not, the network signal won’t be received. You can find the information in the manual.

Try Another SIM Card – To be on the safe side and to make sure that the problem is not with the SIM, you need to use another SIM of another company and see if you can connect to their 2G/3G/4G network or not. If you cannot, you need to take the following steps.

Step 1. Reboot your smartphone. Connect to Cellular Data and tap on the option and hold for a few seconds.

Step 2. A new screen will appear where you have to make sure that you are connecting to the right SIm in case you are using Dual SIM setup.

Step 3. Go to Settings and go for Restore Factory option after taking a backup of all device data.
