Huawei continues to upgrade more devices to the December 2021 security patch. The latest phone to receive the new security patch is the Huawei MatePad T8. It is rolling out in the global market with the software version 10.1.0.195.
According to the changelog shared by Huaweiupdate, the latest update for MatePad T8 brings the December 2021 security patch. The changelog has no mention of any other changes. Therefore, don’t expect to see new features or performance improvements.
The December 2021 security patch includes fixes to 1 CVE in the framework, 2 CVEs in Kernel, 3 CVEs in the system, 3 CVEs in applications, and 62 CVEs in the third-party libraries.
