Oppo A53 gets stable Android 12 and ColorOS 12 update

Oppo A53 has finally started receiving a stable Android 12 update. The update comes with ColorOS 12 skin at the top which adds a new set of features and customizations in addition to the ones coming along with Android 12.

The stable ColorOS 12 update for Oppo A53 is currently available in India. Hopefully, it will expand to more regions over the next few weeks. According to a post on Oppo Community, the latest software update for Oppo A53 has F.07 firmware version. The company advises you to take a complete backup of the phone to prevent any data loss during the installation.

After installing the update, you might face issues like lagging, heating, and fast battery consumption. In any case, you don’t have to worry as the device undergoes several optimizations after installing any major update.
