Oppo Reno4, Reno4 Pro get Android 12-based ColorOS 12 update

Oppo continues to expand the list of devices running ColorOS 12 with the latest ones being the Reno4 and Reno4 Pro. The latest ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 OS adds plenty of new features and improvements to the device.

For now, the ColorOS 12 update for Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro users is rolling out in India and Indonesia. The update should expand to more regions in the coming weeks. To get the ColorOS 12 update, make sure that your Oppo Reno4 or Reno4 Pro is updated to the latest version, which is C.42/C.43/C.44. After installing the update, the devices get updated to firmware version F.07.

The ColorOS 12 is the latest skin from the Chinese OEM, which brings customizable AOD, 3D icons, Omoji, a refreshed UI, PC Connect with seamless sync, screen translation, improved accessibility, and better privacy control.

Oppo Reno4 Pro ColorOS 12 update

The latest ColorOS skin also includes an improved dark mode, a one-tap power-saving feature, Quantum Animation Engine 3.0 for smooth responsiveness, and an AI system booster to ensure better system performance.

The Android 12-based ColorOS 12 update for Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro will gradually reach all users. In case you have not received it yet, head over to the Settings app and go to the Software update section to check for new updates manually.
