Realme announces Realme UI 3.0 open beta program for Narzo 30 Pro 5G

Realme has finally kicked off the Android 12 update for the Narzo 30 Pro 5G in the form of an open beta. A couple of weeks ago, Realme UI 3.0 early access program was announced for the Narzo 30 Pro 5G and now the open beta has arrived. For those uninitiated, the open beta build is safer to install as compared to beta builds that were provided during the early access program. Although, it does not guarantee that the build will not have any bugs.

The application for Realme UI 3.0 open beta program has already gone live for the Narzo 30 Pro 5G users in India. To receive the update, users need to update their smartphone to the RMX2117_11.C.12 or RMX2117_11.C.13 firmware version. You’ll need to apply for the open beta program to get the update.

How to apply for Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G Realme UI 3.0 open beta program

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Go to Software updates.
  3. Tap on the settings icon at the top-right corner.
  4. Click on Trial Version.
  5. Submit the required details.
  6. Apply now and wait for the first build to arrive.

The Realme UI 3.0 open beta build will only arrive on your Narzo 30 Pro 5G if your application got selected. Unfortunately, if, for any reason, your application does not get approved by Realme, you’ll have to wait until the company rolls out the stable build to your phone.

According to a post on the Realme community post, you must ensure that your phone is not rooted. Before installing the open beta build, make sure to take a complete backup of your phone to prevent any data loss. Also, make sure that the device has at least 5GB of free space and a 60% battery as the installation process might take a long to finish.
