Realme GT Neo 3 A.09 build brings May 2022 security update, various optimizations, and fixes

Realme GT Neo 3 was one of the very first phones to be powered by the powerful Dimensity 8100 mid-range processor. It came pre-installed with Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0 skin. Earlier this month, the company rolled out the May 2022 security update to Realme GT Neo 3 in China, which has now started to roll out in India. The update is not just limited to vulnerability fixes as the changelog also includes a long list of optimizations and fixes.

The latest Realme UI software update for GT Neo 3 comes with the firmware version RMX3563_11_A.09. It is now available in India and will roll out to more regions in the coming weeks. According to the changelog shared by RMUpdate, the update optimizes different areas of the phone and fixes issues related to charging, speaker noise, crashing, and more.

Talking about the camera-related changes first, Realme has optimized the image quality and video-shake performance of the rear camera. The selfie camera is also getting an optimization for image quality. Moreover, the update fixes the reddish issue and optimizes the backlight shooting in outdoor conditions.

also includes optimizations for system performance, system stability, freezing issues, and power consumption. Realme has fixed the charging issue, crashing issue, speaker noise, and some other known issues.

As always, Realme is rolling out a new software update to GT Neo 3 users in an incremental fashion. It simply means that the update will reach a limited number of users at first, followed by a broader rollout in the coming days.
