Realme X7 Pro 5G may launch soon in India, bags BIS certification

Realme X7 Pro 5G launched last month in China with a good set of specifications. The device has now appeared on Indian BIS certification. Recently, Realme India CEO, Madhav Seth, also teased the arrival of X7 and X7 Pro in India without mentioning any launch date. But, now it seems that the device will launch soon in India.

The device is listed on BIS certification with model number RMX2121. Tipster Mukul Sharma claimed that the Realme X7 and X7 Pro will launch in India in December. Although, he did not mention a specific date.

Realme X7 Pro 5G has not multiple certifications which include Thailand’s NBTC, Taiwan’s NCC. Therefore, it seems that the company is planning to launch the X7 series in a wide number of markets. The devices are expected to launch outside China with the same MediaTek chipset, but the official confirmation is awaited.

The Chinese variant of Realme X7 Pro 5G has a 6.55-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The phone boots Android 10 based RealmeUI on the top.

In terms of optics, X7 Pro 5G packs a quad-camera setup comprising of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth unit. The punch-hole cutout on the front houses a 32MP shooter. The phone houses a 4,500mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging.
