The upcoming Xiaomi Buds 5 earbuds have now been spotted on Singapore’s IMDA. Previously, these TWS were spotted on multiple certification platforms, including the USA FCC, Indonesia’s SDPPI, Malaysia’s SIRIM, and China’s CMIIT.
Xiaomi Buds 5 get IMDA Certification
The Xiaomi Buds 5 have taken a significant step towards their official launch, as they have been spotted on the IMDA certification database in Singapore. These buds are listed with the model number “M2319E1”. These earbuds are described as low-power wireless earphones with Bluetooth connectivity support.
As we mentioned before, Xiaomi Buds 5 were spotted on multiple certification platforms, including the USA FCC, Indonesia’s SDPPI, Malaysia’s SIRIM, and China’s CMIIT. As per the details, they will measure 17.18 x 20.17 x 30 mm, with a case measuring 53.2 x 24.5 x 53.93 mm, weighing a total of 44.7 grams. The earbuds will support Bluetooth connectivity with a frequency range of 2400 MHz to 2483.5 MHz and feature a PIFA antenna with an impedance of 50 Ohms.
While the complete specifications are still under wraps, the Buds 5 are expected to build upon the impressive features of their predecessor, the Buds 4. These include graphene dual magnetic driver units, spatial audio support, adaptive active noise cancellation, AI call noise reduction, and a battery life of up to 6 hours on a single charge.
