Realme V15, Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition pick up January 2022 security patch update

Realme has started sending a new software update to the Realme V15 and Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition. Both the devices were launched last year, but the company never announced these phones in the international market. The latest OTA update incorporates the January 2022 security patch and also brings several optimizations.

The January 2022 software update for Realme V15 and Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition comes with build versions C.10 and A.18, respectively. According to the changelog shared by RMUpdate, the update does not bring any new features. However, it includes improvements to system performance and stability, in addition to the January security patch.

With the latest update, Realme has fixed the occasional issue where the Realme V15 could not recognize the mobile storage. The January 2022 security patch for Realme phones fixes a bunch of vulnerabilities to improve system security and privacy.

  • Check for new updates
  • Reboot the device
