Hi, I am unable to install cm 13 in my honor 4x che-l04 but I am currently in cm12.1 and its working fine, but after flashing cm13 mobile boots to fastboot tried several time same happened, recovery twrp 2.4 touch

We can’t do anything because it is from the software side.Wait for the final build as now it is in nightly,You can try other camera app like camera 360.
I have used many camera app but problem is still there to I rolled back to stock one.
You can flash back the stock ROM.wait for the official stable build of CM13.

No. All Cyanogenmod / LineageOS / Other custom ROMS, are for Honor 4x (Snapdragon variant). Che2-L11 is Kirin not Snapdragon.
