  • Can please tell me how to do it. I can’t follow your procedure. Never tried before so tell me step by step.

  • hello, its really necesary to has twrp in your device ? and i think that you need root before having twrp, so can someone explain me ?

    • No let me explain you.
      Rooting process :
1st you have to unlock the bootloader
then you have to install recovery (TWRP)
And after that you can install SuperSu root file using TWRP recovery to get root access on your device

  • You need to unlock your boot-loader before to be able to do this tutorial. even after that i cannot do the last step because of the “no command” issue on the recovery. Very poor tutorial, i had to look for so many information on the side

    • We have mentioned all the pre-required things with links. We have also shared the Xda link at the bottom of the page to help our reader.

  • hey installed all my device drivers and also adb and fastboot files folders
then i opened my adb and fastboot folder and opened the command connected my phone to pc downloaded the titan one file and copied also and when i gave the command for flashing it said that it had been done so i opened my recovery and it say that no command

im really confused pls can u explain in procedures plss im new in rooting world…

    • Then put the “titan-24.11.10-BR-boot.img” inside the fastboot folder. Then boot your Moto device into bootloader mode. Now connect the phone to the PC.Open command windows from the fastboot folder (To do that, “Shift + Right click” on any empty white space inside the folder and then select “Open command window here” from the context menu)
      Now issue the given commad

      • Hey actually I rooted my phone yesterday only , by reading again and again your article I got the problem which I was doing but any way thanks for your article and help………

  • Dude
fastboot flash boot titan-24.11.10-BR-boot.img should be
    fastboot flash recovery titan-24.11.10-BR-boot.img

Now my phone is ALLWAY booting into that TWRP 🙁

  • “Download latest super Su.zip file from the download section and copy it in your device.”

What do you mean by “copy it in your device”? Thank you!

      • Thanks! I see. I transferred it to the SD card. And then I tried to flash the SuperSu using your tutorial but it didn’t seem to work? Nothing showed up my phone when it was on recovery mode and I entered the command to flash it

      • I get this when trying to flash SuperSu. “error: more than one device and emulator” Do I have to remove some devices from my computer or something?

  • I followed every step at least twice, every time at the end, when i try to open the SuperSU application it tells me that there’s no Super User installed in my device and that i’ve to root my phone back.
At least with this new boot flashed my phone doesn’t get stuck in bootloader screen.
    What am i doing wrong?

  • I am following the guide to the letter. I am executing the last command, rebooted and copied the supersu.zip on my device. But on the boot menu when I press “recovery” it just continues to normally boot up my phone.

  • DO NOT FLASH BOOT! You need to flash “recovery”. These instructions screwed me over. Had to search for original ROM to recover the boot image.

  • I had successfully rooted my MOTO G 2nd Gen.
But the problem is after getting rooted with the image. titan-24.11.10-BR-boot.img
My WIFI and wifi hotspot is not getting enabled. I tried multiple things for it.
Is it any wrong with this build ” titan-24.11.10-BR-boot.img”?
Do we have any other better image to root moto g 2nd gen?
