Can’t find matched cust for NT-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF], subset[11]. Gracias

When the instalation ends, everything works fine, except for the SIMCARD!! That is very important. Also when you go to Settings/About Phone/Software info, the phone get stucked, and after a few seconds it goes to the launcher. So I can’t even see my software info. I supose that I would install a KDZ, but my root and recovery will be erased, and that’s a shit. If someone knows how to repair this without installing a KDZ let me know please. If it helps you, when I boot my phone up, the phone shows me a message that says exactly this: WARNING: Current version is not avaiable for user. Can’t find matched cust for NT-code mcc/mnc[FFFFFF], subset[11]. Thank You
