    Hi D, I have a Mi5 s, after :
    C:adb>fastboot flash recovery twrp.ing
    sending ‘recovery’ (41812 KB)
    OKAY [ 1.468s]
    writing ‘recovery’…
    OKAY [ 0.237s]
    finished. total time: 1.710s
I tried the recovery mode but instead of getting the menu i get a pic of a smartphone, after a minute the Mi5 s gets back to normal android display. my xiaomi has been unlock and i get the fastboot display.
    Any suggestions ?
